Please note that the coffee sleeves can only be returned within 3 days of receiving the order provided they are not opened or consumed.

How to Return?
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our helpline at +923452130877. For orders within Karachi, our rider will get in touch with you to pick up your order. For other cities, if you wish to return, you will have to send the package packed securely to a designated address and only after receiving the product back, your refund will be processed. Please note that the postal charges for return from other cities will be paid by the customer.
Refund Policy
You will receive the complete refund by bank transfer once we receive the order provided it passes through the quality check.
