CARAMEL COOKIE

The Latin American and African Arabicas used to create the BARISTA CREATIONS foundation coffee are sweet and velvety, with a light biscuit undertone. In the second split, Ethiopian coffee adds delicate aromatics and delicacy while Brazilian coffee gives the mix roundness and balance. The flavour of caramel is infused into that silky mixture.
A small indulgence with lovely intricacy is the caramel cookie.
